I do *love* that onion r...This all looks delicious! I do *love* that onion relish. It's been a favorite ever since I discovered it, a long time ago. Nowadays I usually use my (only) mandoline to make the onion slices as thin as possible. It's amazing how the lemon juice "softens" the onion taste.
