Recently I learned if you let scallops sit out for a bit and not cook them immediately from the cold fridge, you will get better browning. I think we...It does sound like an interesting book. I think we all enjoy astrology at some level because we're just curious to see if predictions come true. This cookbook's premise sounds pretty unique; never heard of combining food + astrological signs. Will have to look for this at the library -- it sounds entertaining.
